Search & locate
Find rooms, labels and references in seconds.
Type a room, label or device reference and InspectDraw Pro searches one drawing or every PDF you have loaded. Matches are highlighted in a colour and shape of your choosing and the view jumps straight to the spot. Save anything you find to a list, and tapping a list item later jumps right back to its location.

Mark & capture
Add markers, notes, photos and status directly on the plan.
Drop one of 43 premade markers covering the things sites are made of, from lights to fire signage, or build custom markers to suit your business. Each one carries its specifics at a glance: a door premade shows whether it is a fire door, has a motion sensor and what fire rating it holds, without opening a single note. Attach up to five photos per item while you are standing in front of it.

Inspect & track
Organise work by floor, room, system or workstream.
Give every marker a short status label so you can see what is working, what is faulty and what has been reported at a glance. Filter hundreds of items down to just the ones you need, and the tally count totals every marker on the current drawing by status. Group findings into named lists: doors, fire inspection items, lifts, lights, whatever the job needs.

Export & share
Produce a finished report without rebuilding the job later.
One tap assembles the record: a cover page with the drawing name, inspector, signature and timestamp; a marker summary counted by status; per-list sections with each item's status, notes, photos and modification date; and a floor-plan snapshot showing every marker in place. Survey mode produces the same layout with a pass / fail focus. One file, no portal: emailable, archivable, done.
