Privacy

This is a brochure site for a product. It has no accounts, no login and no shop, so there is very little to tell you. What there is, is here in full.

What we measure

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits, so we know which parts of the site are read and which are ignored. It records the pages you open, roughly where in the world you are, and what kind of device and browser you used. Your IP address is anonymised before it is stored.

That is the whole of it. We use it to improve this site and nothing else.

What we deliberately do not do

How to stop being counted

Open the accessibility button at the bottom of any page and press the analytics control beneath it. Choosing “off” stops the counting immediately: it deletes the analytics cookies already set, and the page reloads so the change is true straight away rather than from your next click onwards.

Your choice is remembered in a small first-party cookie called analytics_optout. That one cookie is the only thing we keep if you opt out, and it exists purely to remember that you did.

You can also turn on “Do Not Track” or use an ad blocker; both work here and we do not try to defeat either.

Why there is no cookie banner

Since 5 February 2026 the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 exempts first-party analytics used only to improve a service from the usual consent requirement, provided the visitor is told clearly what is happening and given a simple, free way to object. This page is the telling, and the control described above is the objecting. We would rather give you a real off switch than a banner that asks the same question on every visit.

If you contact us

The email address and booking link on this site go to Beyond XR. If you write to us or book a demo, we keep what you send so we can reply to it. We do not add you to a mailing list from this site.

Your rights, and who to ask

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to it being used. Write to [email protected] and we will answer.

If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Our accessibility statement is published here.
